Ordering promotional merchandise in KY, US and nationally If you live in Frankfort, KY, please visit our showroom in Frankfort, KY, where you can not only see samples of our promotional clothing, both printed and plain, but our sales staff can help you work out the cost of your promotional merchandise order and advise you how to make the best use of your personalised clothing design. Alternatively, we are happy to take postal, fax and email orders as well as give advice by telephone. Payment: We will require full payment when you place your order and we can accept most debit and credit cards. If you would like to set up an invoice account for more regular ordering then please let us know or call 0800 0725334. Turnaround: Our turnaround time is normally within 7 to 10 working days from receipt of your purchase order, payment and artwork, but we can sometimes meet urgent deadlines. Rush jobs of 7 days or less can often be accommodated but may be subject to a surcharge. Any changes made to your order after you place it are likely to cause delay and may incur further charges.
