What is required to use this site?
This site was designed for version 4.0 or later of Internet Explorer and 4.06 or later of Netscape Navigator or compatible browsers. It will work with these browsers' standard default settings, and does not require any special plug-ins. See below for additional details.
What browser do I need to use with this site?

What settings do I need in my browser?
This site should work with the standard settings for versions 4.0 and later of Internet Explorer and versions 4.06 and later of Firefox. Their standard setting includes the ability to run Java applets (programs). If this capability is turned off for some reason, you can enable it by doing the following:
For Internet Explorer Users:
- Click on the View menu and choose Internet Options
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Scroll down to the JAVA VM section
- Select Java JIT compiler enabled
- click so the checkbox is marked
- Click the Ok button to accept and make the change
For Firefox Users:
- Click on the Tools menu and choose Options
- Click the Content category
- Select Enable Java
- click so the checkbox is marked
- Click the Ok button to accept and make the change
While you are browsing the site, if you are asked to accept a cookie or to allow a Java program to be downloaded, you should answer "yes."
What settings are important for America Online users?
If you are using the built-in AOL web browser, you must be using version 4.0 or later of this software (essentially Internet Explorer 4.0). In addition, you may need to change some of your AOL software settings. To do this using AOL 4:
- Choose My AOL / Preferences from the toolbar
- Click on the WWW icon, and then click on the Web Graphics tab
- Turn OFF (uncheck) the "Use compressed graphics" option
- Click the Ok button to accept and make the change
- Sign off from AOL, and quit from any open applications
- Go to the START Menu and select Settings, then Control Panel
- Double-click on the Internet (or Internet Options) icon
- Click on the Advanced tab

Why do I get warning messages while viewing the site?

What screen size works best?
You screen area should be set for 800 x 600 or higher resolution for the best results. We also suggest that you set your system colour to 16-bit (High Colour) or more. However, the site will work with lower resolution and colour settings. To adjust your screen settings:
