1: What happens if the color of ink isn't exactly what I viewed online?
Ink colors may vary depending on your computer monitor. The colors will be close, possibly varying by a shade or tint of a color. If you are interested in having a printed color chart sent to you please email us.
2: How do I know the correct print dimensions?
PrintTshirtUSA's largest print dimension is 14.5" tall OR wide, however the standard t-shirt print is 12.5". Print dimensions are really dependent on the location and detail of the design. PrintTshirtUSA's art department can help you size your design for the look you are trying to achieve.

4: Can you do an all over print?
PrintTshirtUSA prints on finished garments using a standard screen print press, so we are UNABLE TO PRINT ON THE ENTIRE GARMENT.
5: Can I get a garment sample?
Yes, we do provide sample garments. We ask that you pay for the items at a discounted price plus $5 per item for shipping. Call 800.810.4692 for more details or to order samples.
6: Can I get a catalog?
Yes! Right now you can see our easy to use online catalog. We carry a large variety of products from a number of vendors who can find almost anything you need.
7: I am starting a company…do you sell wholesale?
Yes, PrintTshirtUSA products are priced at wholesale pricing. We offer lots of extra services that appeal to many new apparel companies. Some of our most popular services are fulfillment, bagging, tagging, and folding/labeling. Ask a sales representative for additional information.
8: Can I get a screened sample of my design?
PrintTshirtUSA offers a great online approval system. This allows you to view your artwork before the product is actually printed. If you would rather have the physical sample in hand, you are able to do a minimum order of 6 pieces.
9: Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we do have 6-piece minimum order. Please contact a Customer Service Representative for more information and unique situations.
10: Are the prices on the quote system accurate?
Yes! The quotes that you do online will be the exact same as a rep who does them! All quotes are done according to your specifications! If you enter in the correct stuff, you will get the correct price!
11: How/When do I pay?
PrintTshirtUSA requires 100% down before your order is placed. We do not however print ANYTHING without your approval, so you get to check over everything before its processed.
12: What happens if I cancel my order
If you cancel your order, we have a $50 cancellation fee as well as a 20% restocking fee for ordered garments
13: How do I order?
You can order multiple ways! You can send us an email using our Contact Form, you can do a quote and click Start Your Order or you can call us at 800.810.4692 between the hours of 8am-6pm CST Monday-Friday. These are just a few of the ways that PrintTshirtUSA makes ordering nearly effortless.
14: Do I have to get all the same size?
Of course not! You can order multiple sizes! They can even all be on the same order, which gets you a better price, as long as we can print the same size design on all of them.
15: Do I have to get all the same color garment?
No! You can even order multiple colors within the same order as long as the ink color remains the same. If you want different ink colors, no problem!
16: Are white garments cheaper than colors?
Yes white is a little bit less expensive, but not by much! If you want a colored garment but are looking to reduce your cost, reduce the number of ink colors instead!
17: How do I get a quote?
You can get instant quotes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Yes, even Holidays!) with our Online Quote System. You can check out our online catalog and pick any garment you want!
18: How long will it take to receive my order?
We allow SIX business days for production after you have approved artwork. Your order will ship on the next business day. Delivery time varies depending on your location.

20: How much does it cost for PrintTshirtUSA to design my artwork?
We have no art fees for our jobs with your custom garment order.

22: What happens when I upload my art?
When you upload your art, it is sent to us to view! We take a look at it and email you back within 24 hours with questions or comments. If you have questions, you can include those in the comments section before uploading your artwork.
23: What types of files do you accept?
Vector art built in Adobe illustrator is the best to send us, but we have a wide range of file types we can use. You can visit our Art Information Page for a comprehensive list.
24: Do you have free shipping?
Yes! We have free shipping for orders less then 999 garments via UPS Ground to anywhere in the US, except Alaska or Hawaii. We also provide free shipping to military APO addresses. If you need shipping outside of these parameters, shipping fees may apply.
25: What if my job is complex?
PrintTshirtUSA is happy to take on your complex job! Understand however, there may be a $199 charge if your job is complex.
